Shipping Information
All packages will ship via Canada Post Link. surface mail . We will assume that you agree with this unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed when you checkout.
All our transactions are in US funds. Click here for an easy conversion.
Note: For some products our software calculates shipping on a per item basis, if you have combined several items in an order the quoted shipping rate may be excessive, we will adjust the charges to reflect the actual cost of shipping and handling, any excess will be refunded to you.
We ship the same day or next day. Shipping within Canada takes approximately 7 days while shipping to the US can be up to 21 days. If you require your order be delivered in a shorter period of time, please email first to discuss other shipping options. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Canadian Statutory holidays.
International customers - we are not responsible for any customs charges (duty), brokerage fees or taxes that may be charged when your order arrives. We cannot be held responsible for any damages done during customs inspections.
We have set up the shipping rates in our shopping cart to reflect as closely as possible the rates currently charged by Canada Post for insured shipments to Canada and the US.
If you require a shipping quote prior to purchasing, please email us for more information. Be sure to include your postal code or zip in your email. Customers outside of North America should email for a quote in advance of all purchases.
We also offer downloadable plans and ebooks, which are immediately available. Once
your payment has been approved you will receive an email with a link to download the item.
